Spa Policies

  • CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations, reschedules and modifications within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. Late arrivals are allowed, but we cannot accommodate for the time lost; for appointments with massages, you will receive the remaining amount of massage available as massages are always in the beginning of the session (you cannot opt for your massages to be moved if you are running late).
  • GENDER PREFERENCES: Please make your requests at the time of booking, either in the notes section of your appointment when booking online or by texting/calling the spa. We cannot guarantee that requests will be fulfilled. In the event that we cannot fulfill your request, we will contact you for rescheduling, in most cases the day before your session. Please note that we do not give out additional services if you are opting for the reschedule and that you will be rescheduled under the same non-guaranteed condition. 
  • MASSAGES: Please note that “one-hour” massage equals 50 minutes of actual massage time in keeping with industry standards (as well as for 90 minute massages being 80 minutes of contact). We provide strictly professional massages. We do not accept insurance and we do not offer medical treatment masssage.
  • PREGNANCY: We offer prenatal massages upon request. Please email, call or text the spa to notify us of a pregnant attendee so that we can provide the right therapist. We cannot give medical advice. Please ensure you have cleared with your doctor that you are able to receive massage.
  • APPOINTMENT CHECK IN: Every individual obtaining massage is required to sign a massage consent form for each massage and re-sign for every subsequent massage, every visit. 
  • OVERNIGHT GUESTS: All policies apply to overnight guests with the exception of cancellations. We require a one week notice for overnight cancellations and rescheduling.  
  • GRATUITIES: Rates include everything except gratuity. We accept cash and all major credit cards. A gratuity of 15 to 25% is common and greatly appreciated.
  • FOOD & BEVERAGE: You are welcome to bring wine (NO hard alcohol), food, or any snacks you would like enjoy during your appointment. We also have a selection of wine, beverages, snack plates, and other treats for purchase.
  • ITEMS ALLOWED: Outside bath products that do not contain materials that leave residue are allowed (including but not limited to glitter, sediment from organic material like charcoal, flowers, dyes). You are welcome to order things to the spa, like bouquets, cakes and food. Please communicate directly through the front desk if you are scheduling a delivery. Please do not spray perfumes or colognes in our rooms.
